The burner operates with an individual pilot and front-mounted control, while fuel is supplied through a 1⁄4-inch-diameter front gas manifold that helps streamline installation and maintenance.
Supporting back-of-house storage needs, the Vulcan V112HB gas range includes a cabinet base with two stainless steel doors that conceal its interior compartment. Its stainless steel construction resists corrosion and stands up to the demands of commercial kitchens. This range is mounted on 6-inch stainless steel legs that adjust to stabilize the unit on uneven surfaces, while a 4-inch stub riser at the back adds protection from heat and splatter in tight cooklines.
