Southbend 170 Description

The Southbend 170 NG infrared single deck broiler is perfect for finishing dishes or cooking product all the way through quickly. This unit has a 90-second preheat between each load, eliminating lengthy down time. The broiler is heated with natural gas through pilot lighters that are constantly burning. Heat is retained since the burner boxes and lining are insulated. There are five positions the grid can be placed in for various cooking results. The Southbend 170 NG infrared single deck broiler resists corrosion, scratches, and dents with its stainless steel construction
