The Vulcan V112H range top features a single polished cast iron hot top designed to retain heat and distribute it evenly—ideal for simmering sauces or holding food at precise temperatures. This 12-inch modular unit runs on liquid propane and is intended for seamless integration with other V Series components in custom cooklines.
Built with stainless steel across the front, sides, base, and stub back, the Vulcan V112H gas range top with hot top offers durability and long-lasting strength. The 30,000 BTU burner is paired with a dedicated pilot and control for responsive operation. Its flanged feet are designed for mounting on equipment stands or countertops.
