Ideal for precise simmering, the modular 18-inch Vulcan V1FT18 range top features a polished cast iron French top that delivers consistent surface temperatures. This setup is ideal for holding sauces or gradually reducing liquids. Because it runs on liquid propane, the unit works well in kitchens where access to a natural gas line is limited.
The Vulcan V1FT18 gas range top with French top is constructed with stainless steel across the front, sides, stub back, and burner box, supporting demanding use in professional kitchens. A 25,000 BTU two-ring burner lies beneath the top, powered by an individual pilot and control for responsive heating. For enhances stability, the unit sits on 4-inch flanged feet.
