Vulcan V1FT36 Description
Modular construction enables the Vulcan V1FT36 to align cleanly with other V Series components, offering flexibility during kitchen setup. The unit includes a radial fin French top made from polished cast iron to accommodate simmering and searing at different temperatures. This unit is designed to be placed atop a base or oven as part of the V Series setup.
Operating on liquid propane, the Vulcan V1FT36 delivers a total of 45,000 BTU through a three-ring burner beneath the solid French plate. Each burner section includes a dedicated pilot and control for responsive heat management. Its stainless steel exterior reinforces durability for long-term commercial use.
