Natural gas powers the Vulcan V1FT36 gas range top, offering an efficient fuel source for high-output cooking in professional kitchens. This modular unit incorporates a 36-inch radial fin French top made of polished cast iron, delivering even, responsive heat across the plate. This unit is designed to be attached to a storage or oven base as part of the V Series modular setup.
Built with a fully stainless steel exterior, the Vulcan V1FT36 gas French top withstands repeated cleaning and demanding use. A three-ring burner outputs 45,000 BTU/hr. and includes independent pilots and controls to support precise cooking temperatures. Flanged feet stabilize the frame, and capped front and rear gas connections simplify setup and maintenance.
