The Vulcan V1P18B gas range features an 18-inch plancha top that ensures steady, even heat—ideal for consistent searing, browning, and finishing. Its flat surface supports uniform cooking across the entire area. A built-in cabinet base includes a removable shelf for storing tools. Using liquid propane, this model operates independently of municipal gas lines and can be positioned in a variety of kitchen layouts, including mobile or off-grid setups.
Stainless steel construction on the front, sides, and base withstands heavy use and cleaning. The Vulcan V1P18B gas range includes a plancha with a single burner that offers 17,500 BTU/hr. of heat with individual pilot and burner control for focused temperature regulation. A three-sided grease trough simplifies cleanup, and the stub riser at the rear protects adjacent surfaces from splatter and heat exposure.
