Vulcan V1FT36C Description
The Vulcan V1FT36C gas range features a 36-inch radial fin French top made of polished cast iron, offering steady heat distribution ideal for simmering, holding, and other low-temperature cooking tasks. On the bottom of the unit, a convection oven uses circulated air for uniform cooking. This unit runs on liquid propane and includes two oven racks in the base that can be adjusted to three different positions.
Stainless steel covers the Vulcan V1FT36C gas range's front, sides, stub back, and burner box, providing long-term resistance to wear and routine cleaning. The three-ring burner supplies 45,000 BTU/hr., with independent pilots and controls for precision. This unit is outfitted with French top and convection oven includes 6-inch adjustable legs for stability and capped gas connections to help simplify setup.
