Powered by natural gas, the Vulcan V118HB includes an 18-inch hot top made of polished cast iron—ideal for simmering, holding, or reduction tasks. A 30,000 BTU burner ensures consistent surface heat. Beneath the cooking area, a fully enclosed cabinet base offers convenient storage for pans, utensils, or other essentials in compact commercial kitchens.
The Vulcan V118HB gas range with hot top and storage base features a durable stainless steel frame that resists rust, dents, and high temperatures. Inside the cabinet, universal rack guides and a removable shelf increase storage flexibility. A 11⁄4-inch front gas manifold and capped rear connection support varied installations. To keep the unit steady on uneven flooring, 6-inch adjustable legs stabilize the unit.
