True Refrigeration STR1H-2HS Description
The True STR1H-2HS Spec Series insulated heated cabinet is designed to keep cooked or baked food at safe temperatures until it is served. Heat is generated by a corrosion-resistant stainless steel element and evenly moved throughout the interior by low-velocity fans. Featuring a range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the temperature in the unit can be adjusted on the electronic control. Staff members can monitor the interior temperature on the exterior display, which operates in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Steam releases through the top vent, and operators can manually control it to get the desired humidity level.
This True STR1H-2HS full-height heated cabinet has two solid half doors with a heat-retaining, self-closing design. At 120 degrees, the doors stay open to provide full cabinet access, and locks keep the stored product secure and safe from tampering. Because the unit is made of stainless steel, the interior and exterior are heavy duty and can be cleaned up quickly. It can be moved around large establishments on its 5-inch-diameter castors.
