True Refrigeration STA1H-1S Description
To resist corrosion and dents, the True STA1H-1S Spec Series® mobile heated cabinet is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, and its walls are foamed in place with polyurethane insulation. To keep baked and cooked food warm, this unit has a stainless steel heating element that evenly heats the interior. Low-velocity fans blow the warm air around throughout the cabinet, while a manually operated vent on top of the unit can be opened to control humidity. This unit maintains temperatures of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
The True STA1H-1S mobile heated cabinet has a stainless steel door that stays open past 120 degrees to simplify loading and unloading. When opened to less than 120 degrees, the door closes on its own, and a metal handle is welded to the door for a comfortable grip. Bolt locks minimize theft and protect the contents. Magnetic gaskets snap into the door frame and can be removed without tools to trap warm air, while three PVC-coated wire shelves support product inside. To move the unit, 5-inch-diameter castors are in place, the front set locking for a stable workspace.
