True Refrigeration STA1H-2HS Description
To hold product of differing heights, the True STA1H-2HS Spec Series® reach-in mobile heated cabinet has three chrome-plated wire shelves that can be adjusted on 1⁄2-inch increments. This unit has two Dutch doors with magnetic gaskets that prevent warm-air leaks, and they close on their own if opened less than 120 degrees; they stay open past 120 degrees to help with loading and unloading. Metal handles offer a comfortable grip while bolt-style locks keep contents safe.
With the unit's stainless steel heating element, heat is generated consistently as low-velocity fans blow air around the cabinet. The True STA1H-2HS mobile heated cabinet stays at a user-selected temperature between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and readings are shown outside the unit in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Humidity is controlled by a manual vent on top of the cabinet. Featuring a locking front set, 5-inch-diameter castors provide the unit with movement. This unit has a stainless steel and aluminum construction that resists corrosion and dents, and its walls are insulated with Ecomate, a polyurethane foam.
