True Refrigeration STA1H-1G Description
This True STA1H-1G Spec Series® mobile heated cabinet holds warm baked or cooked food. Its stainless steel heating element evenly generates electric heat, and low-velocity fans circulate air consistently throughout the cabinet. A vent on top of the cabinet is manually controlled to release humidity. Its exterior is constructed of stainless steel and its interior is made of aluminum and stainless steel. To keep warm air inside, a polyurethane foam called Ecomate insulates the cabinet, and this unit can maintain temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperature is displayed on the outside in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
This True STA1H-1G mobile heated cabinet has a door made of low-e, double-pane glass, its transparency providing product visibility without sacrificing warm air. It closes on its own to keep warm air inside and stays open past 120 degrees to help load and unload. To prevent cold air leaks, magnetic gaskets snap into the door frame. A metal handle offers a comfortable grip when opening, and bolt-style locks protect contents.
