True Refrigeration STR1H-2HG Description
Heat is generated in the True STR1H-2HG Spec Series full-height heated cabinet by a corrosion-resistant stainless steel element, keeping baked food at safe, warm temperatures until it is ready to be served. Low-velocity fans are used in the cabinet to evenly move heat around the product. Temperatures can be set between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit on the electronic control, and employees can keep an eye on this level on the external display, which can operate in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Humidity in the cabinet can be manually controlled by a vent that releases steam out of the unit's ceiling.
Sheet pans and hotel pans can be placed on the adjustable chrome shelves in the True STR1H-2HG insulated heated cabinet. Because the unit has two glass half doors, operators can access food in two sections and release less heat at once. The cabinet's interior and exterior are made of stainless steel—a material that resists rusting, denting, and scratching. Castors on the cabinet provide mobility, so the unit can be moved through a large kitchen or to a serving area.
