True Refrigeration STA1HPT-1S-1S Description
Storing warm pre-cooked and baked product, this True STA1HPT-1S-1S Spec Series® pass-thru heated cabinet features three PVC-coated wire shelves. Its exterior has stainless steel sides to match the stainless steel doors; its interior has aluminum sides and backing with a stainless steel ceiling and floor. To keep the cabinet at set temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, its walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation. The temperature is digitally displayed on the outside in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
This True STA1HPT-1S-1S mobile heated cabinet's pass-thru design means that the front and rear doors can be accessed at the same time. Both doors are made of stainless steel and have magnetic gaskets to keep warm air inside. They can stay open past 120 degrees to facilitate loading and unloading, but if opened less than 120 degrees, they close on their own. Metal handles provide a comfortable grip, and bolt-style locks minimize theft and tampering. To secure each door to the cabinet, four cam-lift hinges are set in place.
