True Refrigeration STG1HPT-1G-1S Description
Full doors on the front and back of the True STG1HPT-1G-1S pass-thru heated cabinet enable staff to pass product through the unit. The front door is constructed of double-pane, thermal-insulated glass, while the rear door is constructed of solid stainless steel. To ensure loading product is convenient, the doors self-close before 120 degrees and stay open on their own past that point. The exterior has a stainless steel front with matching aluminum sides, while the interior has an aluminum back and side walls with a floor and ceiling constructed of stainless steel. Polyurethane insulation is foamed in place to provide structure and seal in heat.
The True STG1HPT-1G-1S heated cabinet is designed to hold warm, baked or cooked food and has a stainless steel heating element that is resistant to rust and uniformly generates electric heat. Temperatures range from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and a manually controlled vent on top of the cabinet limits humidity. Featuring an external temperature display with readouts in Fahrenheit or Celsius, this unit has a heating system controlled by an exterior on/off switch and an electronic temperature control.
