True Refrigeration STG1HPT-1S-1S Description
The True STG1HPT-1S-1S pass-thru heated cabinet has a heating system that is controlled by an on/off switch and an electronic temperature control. Its stainless steel heating element provides uniform electric heat, giving the unit a temperature range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Enabling users to reduce humidity, a vent is located on top of the cabinet, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation retains heat and adds structure.
A pass-thru design enables food to be loaded and unloaded on either side of this True STG1HPT-1S-1S heated cabinet. Solid front and rear doors constructed of durable stainless steel have bolt-style door locks and metal handles. These doors remain open past a 120-degree angle and self-close if opened less than 120 degrees. The exterior has a stainless steel front with aluminum sides, and the interior has aluminum side walls and back with a stainless steel ceiling and floor. In the cabinet, three chrome-plated wire shelves provide storage space for product.
