True Refrigeration STG1H-1G Description
The True STG1H-1G Spec Series® reach-in heated holding cabinet has one stainless steel element that efficiently generates heat, while low-velocity fans inside circulate air uniformly throughout the cabinet. This unit is intended to keep cooked and baked food warm. To control humidity levels, a vent on the top of the cabinet can be manually adjusted. With sides made of matching aluminum, the exterior door is made of stainless steel. Interior walls and back are aluminum while the floor and ceiling are constructed of stainless steel.
This True STG1H-1G heating holding cabinet's walls are foamed in place with polyurethane insulation, adding structure and ensuring temperatures remain at a set level between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. For product visibility and extra insulation, the unit has a low-e, double-pane glass door that has a metal handle and bolt lock to prevent theft. If left open at less than 120 degrees, the door closes on its own, while it can stay open past 120 degrees to help with loading and unloading. Product is held by three chrome-plate wire shelves, and the internal temperature is digitally displayed on the outside in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
