True Refrigeration STG1H-1S Description
Three chrome-plated wire shelves store product in this True STG1H-1S heated cabinet. Its internal fan provides low-velocity heat distribution to assure even temperatures of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the cabinet, which is ideal for safely holding cooked products. For temperature retention, the entire cabinet structure and solid door are foamed in place using high-density polyurethane insulation. The positive-seal, self-closing door has a 120-degree, stay-open feature for retrieving multiple items quickly without having to keep opening the door.
The True STG1H-1S heated cabinet holds warm foods, whether cooked or baked, and the vent on top of the cabinet provides manual humidity control. An exterior digital display monitors the temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Castors with locks on the front set enable movement for cleaning underneath or placement in another area.
