True Refrigeration STG1H-2HG Description
The True STG1H-2HG heated cabinet has a durable stainless steel front with corrosion-resistant aluminum sides and is equipped with self-closing half doors made of double-pane, thermal-insulated glass. These doors have a feature that keeps them open past 120 degrees for loading and unloading product. The cabinet interior has an aluminum back and side walls with a stainless steel floor and ceiling. To hold baked and cooked food at warm, safe temperatures, polyurethane insulation is foamed in place inside the walls.
The external display on the True STG1H-2HG heated cabinet can show measurements in Fahrenheit or Celsius, with a temperature range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. A stainless steel heating element provides uniform electric heat, and low-velocity fans ensure even heat distribution. Although the heating system is controlled by an on/off switch and an exterior electronic temperature control, the humidity must be adjusted manually through a vent on top of the unit.
