True Refrigeration STA1H-2HG Description
This True STA1H-2HG Spec Series® reach-in mobile heated cabinet has two Dutch doors that are constructed of low-e, double-pane glass. If left open less than 120 degrees, the doors close on their own, but they stay open past 120 degrees to aid in loading and unloading. For an airtight seal, magnetic gaskets that can be removed without tools snap securely into the door frame. Metal handles provide a comfortable grip when opening, and to prevent theft, both doors have bolt-style locks. Inside, three chrome-plated wire shelves hold product.
Constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, this True STA1H-2HG mobile heated cabinet resists corrosion and dents. It is designed to keep baked and cooked food warm, with its cabinet staying at a set temperature between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. All the walls are foamed with a polyurethane insulation called Ecomate. Its stainless steel heating element evenly generates heat, and low-velocity fans consistently circulate warm air. To control humidity, users can manually open and close a vent on top of the cabinet. The internal temperature is displayed externally in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
