True Refrigeration STR1H-1G Description
The True STR1H-1G Spec Series full-height heated cabinet has a stainless steel heating element and low-velocity fans that evenly distribute the generated heat. Operators can set the unit to run anywhere between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit using the electronic controller, holding cooked product at safe, ready-to-serve temperatures. Displayed on the exterior, the thermostat can be set to read in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Humidity in the cabinet can be regulated by the steam-releasing vent in the top.
In the cabinet, three chrome shelves hold pans and can be adjusted to accommodate different types of product. The door on the unit has a self-closing design that retains heat and a stay-open feature at 120 degrees for product loading. A double-pane window in the door prevents heat from escaping while showcasing the food. Durable for high-volume applications, both the interior and exterior are constructed of stainless steel. This True STR1H-1G insulated heated cabinet can be transported on its 5-inch-diameter castors, which have locks on the front set.
