True Refrigeration STR1H-1S Description
Heat in the True STR1H-1S Spec Series insulated mobile heating cabinet is generated by a stainless steel element. Low-velocity fans evenly move this air throughout the cabinet to ensure temperatures are uniform. Ideal for holding cooked or baked food at safe levels, the cabinet can be adjusted from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit on the electronic control. Operators can control humidity in the cabinet by manually releasing steam from the vent in the top of the cabinet.
Constructed of stainless steel, the interior and exterior in the True STR1H-1S full-height heated cabinet are resistant to rusting, scratching, and denting. Also made of stainless steel, the solid door retains more heat than a glass door but does not showcase the food. This door self-closes to keep heat inside the cabinet, and it can be propped open 120 degrees when users are loading pans. The unit comes with 5-inch castors and three chrome shelves that are adjustable in 1⁄2-inch increments.
