Manitowoc Ice IDP0500A Description
Making as much as 515 pounds of ice in 24 hours, the Manitowoc Ice IDP0500A 161 Indigo NXT™ ice maker fits into medium-volume applications. The amount it makes depends on the ambient air and incoming water temperatures, with higher levels resulting in less ice production. Perfect for soft drinks and bagged applications, the unit makes full-cube ice.
The acoustical sensing probe in the Manitowoc Ice IDP0500A 161 full cube ice machine head uses sound waves to detect ice thickness before dropping. With its touchscreen display, this unit can be programmed to turn off at certain times of the day or to produce a specific volume of ice. The removable components as well as the stainless steel, DuraTech® coated exterior are easy to clean, with AlphaSan® technology preventing bacteria buildup on the inside.
Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
