Arctic Air AR23 Description

The Arctic Air AF23 one-section refrigerator is built to provide you with a high-performing unit that won't bust your budget. The self-closing door on this commercial refrigerator is field-reversible, which helps the unit fit easily into a number of kitchen configurations. The door will stay open when it's opened to 90 degrees. A magnetic door gasket is removable without tools and a lock prevents unauthorized access. The interior is equipped with a white aluminum liner, stainless steel floor, coved corners, and three heavy-duty shelves constructed from epoxy-coated wire, each capable of holding a full-size sheet pan placed front-to-back.

The Arctic Air AF23 uses CFC-free R134A refrigerant and a self-contained, capillary tube system to ensure that the interior temperature remains between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The bottom-mounted compressor operates efficiently because it is placed in the coolest area of the kitchen. The entire condensing unit is mounted on a rack that slides out and is front-accessible and easily maintained. A 9-foot cord and four included casters will allow you to easily move the unit for cleaning without disrupting its operation.

"This frig is constantly freezing up. We have to keep transferring food out to let it unfreeze, which is a real pain. So it is 18 months into ownership (past warranty of course) and I am having to pay hundreds to get it fixed!"
