MoTak MER23-A Description
The MoTak MER23-A reach-in refrigerator's LED lighting defines shelf boundaries to streamline ingredient separation. Three epoxy-coated shelves move to suit tall boxes or condensed groupings, while a lockable, self-closing door seals tightly to reduce cold air escape. Managed by digital controls with automatic defrosting, the self-contained system diffuses R600a-cooled air throughout the 19.14-cubic-foot cabinet, preserving food from 34 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Equipped with four casters, the 27-inch-wide by 34-inch-deep by 81-inch-high frame inhibits unwanted shifting. The 430 stainless steel exterior buffers the stainless interior against warping to maintain firm structural alignment.
