Migali C-1RB-HC Description
Made of stainless steel inside and out, the Migali C-1RB-HC reach-in refrigerator is suitable for high-volume use. Its door has rounded edges that can withstand impacts and a recessed handle that avoids denting surrounding equipment. So employees can access them as needed, this small refrigerator works great for keeping important ingredients in the kitchen.
Its interior supports contents on three shelves and is deep enough to accommodate full-size pans. The floor also acts as a supporting surface for product, and because the condenser is underneath it, employees do not have to bend far to reach the lowest items. Stored food is kept cold at a set level between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and to ensure all items are cooled, fans blow cold air through the interior, running down the back-wall plenum and up the front of the cabinet.
When cleaning the Migali C-1RB-HC one-section refrigerator, employees can pull the door to a 90-degree angle, where it will stay open, and wipe the interior clean. So it is accessible without a step stool or ladder, the condensing unit is mounted on the bottom, and to reduce the amount of work required for maintenance, it automatically defrosts.
