Migali deep fryer

Bought this item in 2023. Had problems with it initially. Migali sent technicians out to repair. Still had problems so they replaced the fryer without me asking. New one works flawlessly. Bought another one today. Great customer service!

Excellent Customer Service & Quality Product

First, before product rating, is the customer service I received from both Katom & Migali. There was some cosmetic damage on the compressor shroud upon deliver. I notified Katom and they dealt with the manufacturer and per my request, I received packages containing new undamaged parts to replace the originals. It's only a few screws in and out and over. Took me twenty minutes. I did nothing more than provide photographic documentation of the damage, and Sarah at Katom did the rest. 5 Stars just for outstanding customer service. A rare commodity in this world. I already have a Migali fridge. It has serviced me well for 6 years, and this one I'm sure will do the same. My positive experience with Migali products is the reason I purchased this one. I plugged it in, turned it on, and after the timeout on compressor start-up, it cooled to 33ºF from 80ºF in less than 30 minutes. Kicked off and held the temperature well. Nice seals and good insulation. This is a quality product at an affordable price, with a warranty that rivals the higher-valued competition on the market. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.

I am so happy to finally have a new commercial freezer. My only complaint is that I would have preferred two lights instead of just one. Also, the delivery was very quick which I appreciated.

I would definitely buy this product again!

We use this unit as a beverage display unit. An LED strip across the up very brightly illuminates the interior - that was a very important feature. The unit runs cold and quiet. I have used other Migali products and been very happy.

Great Frig

Frig arrived on time and without any damage. Truck diver was very helpful and gave great service. As to the frig itself I can only say is WOW what a machine. Very high quality at a very reasonable price.
