The Cambro CPU186072V5480 Camshelving® Premium starter shelving unit is a five-tier model measuring 60 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 72 inches high, and to streamline setup, this unit includes 10 traverses, dovetails, and two preassembled post kits. It comes in speckled gray to match other Premium units and blend with neutral kitchen themes. Though each of its five shelves supports as much as 800 pounds individually, this unit isn't built to hold more than 2,000 pounds at once.
Made of polypropylene, the Cambro CPU186072V5480 shelving unit's shelf plates are durable and easy to clean. These shelves are treated with Camguard® antimicrobial that inhibits germ formation between cleanings, and because they’re louvered, air can flow freely around stored product to minimize dust and moisture accumulation. This unit can be used in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, permitting use in coolers, freezers, dishrooms, and kitchens.
