Cambro CPU216072V5480 Description
The Cambro CPU216072V5480 polymer shelving unit is built with five levels of shelving to accommodate bagged goods, supplies, and bus tubs. Each shelf tier accommodates 800 pounds and is vented so air flows through the openings and around stored contents. The overall unit shouldn't be loaded with more than 2,000 pounds at a time to prevent bending and structural damage. To withstand heavy loads and daily deliveries, this unit is part of the Camshelving® Premium series, which is more durable and easier to install than Camshelving Basics Plus and Camshelving Elements units.
To resist rusting, corroding, and peeling, the Cambro CPU216072V5480 louvered shelving unit is made of resilient polypropylene. It can be implemented in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit for use in dishrooms, storage closets, freezers, and numerous locations throughout the kitchen. For sanitary use, the shelf plates contain Camguard® antimicrobial protection to slow bacterial growth between regular cleanings. This unit includes 10 traverses, molded-in dovetails, and two preassembled post kits for installation.
