Though each shelf has an 800-pound capacity, loading this unit with more than 2,000 pounds could result in structural damage. The shelves can be raised or lowered along the steel and polypropylene posts as stock is rotated by removing and repositioning the included traverses. For lasting use, the shelves' polypropylene construction is impervious to chemicals, humidity, and saltwater, resists rust and corrosion, and contains antimicrobial protection that inhibits bacterial growth between cleanings.
