Safe in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit can be used in walk-in coolers and freezers, warewashing rooms, and dry storage areas. Five 60-inch-by-24-inch shelves each accommodate as much as 600 pounds of product. These shelves are vented, so air can circulate and minimize dust buildup. Secured on 10 traverses, the shelves can be adjusted in 4-inch increments. The Cambro CPU246072V5480 shelving unit comes in speckled gray.
