Cambro CPU213672V5480 Description
The Cambro CPU213672V5480 louvered shelving unit's dovetails come molded in to facilitate installation, and for assembly, the unit has 10 traverses, two preassembled post kits, and five tiers of shelf plates. Each level of shelving individually accommodates 800 pounds, though the unit may become damaged if loaded with more than 2,000 pounds total. Being more durable than Camshelving® Basics Plus and Camshelving Elements units, this Camshelving Premium unit can handle daily use and frequent deliveries. The shelving's polypropylene construction is durable to prevent rusting, corroding, and peeling.
For versatile placement options, the Cambro CPU213672V5480 polymer shelving unit is safe in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. It can be implemented in a dishroom, pantry, closet, and near a prep station to accommodate supplies, produce, and bagged ingredients. Camguard® antimicrobial built into the shelf plates ensures sanitary use until they can be removed and cleaned properly; the shelf plates are vented for airflow to remove built-up dust and moisture from items.
