Operating with a self-contained, water-cooled system, the Follett HCC1010WVM ice machine head produces as much as 1,035 pounds of nugget ice per day, a type that many customers value due to its soft and chewable texture. This unit addresses United States Public Health Service (USPHS) principles for marine and shipboard use, and it's compatible with Vision™ low-profile ice and beverage dispensers. It has a semi-automated cleaning and sanitizing system that includes antimicrobial treatment to prevent the spread of germs inside the unit, as well as an automatic flush cycle.

The Follett HCC1010WVM Chewblet® ice machine head is designed with a horizontal evaporator and auger for increased efficiency. Its status and diagnostics are displayed on its front-mounted LED screen, and when maintenance is needed, the refrigeration components slide out for quick access. Scale-causing components, such as dissolved lime and calcium, are isolated and removed by the unit before they can form into damaging deposits, preventing long-term wear and blockage. This unit can produce 1,035 pounds of ice each day, making it useful for medium- to high-volume operations.
