Depending on ambient air and incoming water temperatures, the Scotsman MC0322MAX-1/AP1-P Prodigy ELITE® ice machine head can produce as much as 362 pounds of medium-cube ice daily. This head-only model has a one-touch cleaning feature that saves time and reduces labor costs. Between cleanings, a WaterSense purge control system minimizes scale buildup, and antimicrobial protection slows bacterial formation. By scanning the QR code, users can access valuable service information and detailed warranty history.
The Scotsman MC0322MAX-1/AP1-P ice machine head has an air-cooled condensing unit that uses R290 refrigerant, and its air filter is located on the front for convenient removal. To reduce the time needed for production cycles, the Harvest Assist feature moves the cubes into a bin, which must be purchased separately. As this unit can be paired with the ICELINQ® mobile app, operators can easily access its machine dashboard, control the machine, and walk through the cleaning process. This unit includes the AP1-P water filter.

This unit operates on 115 V, 60 Hz, 1 ph, and requires a 15-amp fuse or HACR circuit breaker with a minimum circuit ampacity of 10.3 A.
The machine should operate where air temperature is between 50 and 100°F, water temperature between 40 and 100°F, and water pressure between 20 and 80 PSIG.
A 3/8-in. FPT connection is required for the potable water inlet, and the drain outlet uses a 3/4-in. FPT connection.
The model can produce up to 365 lbs. of ice in 24 hours when air temperature is 70°F and water temperature is 50°F.
It produces cube ice, available in small (7/8-in. x 7/8-in. x 3/8-in.) or medium (7/8-in. x 7/8-in. x 7/8-in.) sizes.
This ice maker is compatible with Scotsman B330P and B530S or B530P bins when fitted with the proper bin top adapter.
The external air filter should be removed and cleaned regularly, and operators should follow the guided cleaning process through the ICELINQ app for sanitization.
Its WaterSense adaptive purge system automatically adjusts water use to maintain cleaner operation and improve efficiency.
