The Scotsman MC0322MW-1 Prodigy ELITE® ice machine head has a water-cooled condenser and can make 356 pounds of ice in 24 hours. Ice production is customizable through the Vari-Smart™ feature to suit most applications. Scale buildup is reduced by WaterSense purge control, and ice is efficiently moved into the bin through Harvest Assist, though bins are sold separately.

A single button starts the cleaning process to reduce labor needs. Between cleanings, internal surfaces are protected against bacteria growth by a built-in antimicrobial agent. Operators can use Scotsman’s ICELINQ® mobile app to check the ice machine dashboard, adjust the unit’s settings, and walk through a step-by-step guided cleaning process. Issues within the system are detected by the Smart-Board™ module, and AutoAlert™ indicator lights alert users of the problem. A QR code instantly connects users to service information and warranty history for their Scotsman MC0322MW-1 ice machine head, and integral components can be accessed for maintenance through the removable, self-aligning panel.
