The Ice-O-Matic CIM0320HW90 half-cube ice machine head is water cooled, meaning it produces ice efficiently but uses large amounts of water. The machine's dual exhaust system expands the output of hot air to reduce the danger of a vent being occluded during installation. Able to produce as much as 320 pounds of ice per 24 hours, this compact machine is useful for low- to medium-volume locations that are restricted on space.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0320HW90 half cube ice maker head features an LED display for enhanced readability and LED status lights to notify users when cleaning is needed. The unit's control board is a universal design that streamlines access during maintenance and improves calibration ability. Inside, the unit is treated with an antimicrobial enhancement and features a plastic food zone that eliminates tight corners that could harbor bacteria.
