This type of ice measures 7⁄8 of an inch by 7⁄8 of an inch by 3⁄8 of an inch and is often served with soft drinks or blended into smoothies and frozen cocktails. To uphold efficiency during production, it features a front-located air filter, while its Harvest Assist mechanism directs cube ice into the bin, which is sold separately. Users can quickly determine operational status with the AutoAlert™ indicator lights. Designed to ease operation, routine cleaning, and servicing, Scotsman has a mobile app available for operator download.
