The True TCIM-422-HA1-A half-cube ice machine head can produce 443 pounds of ice daily when ambient air is 90 degrees Fahrenheit and the water is 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The self-contained refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon coolant. This unit is constructed with high-efficiency fans. The high- and low-pressure transducers moderate and transcribe data to the operator. The external body of this unit is constructed of aluminum, and the plastic pieces and interior are protected with TrueGuard antimicrobial to inhibit bacteria and mold growth.
The True TCIM-422-HA1-A half-cube ice machine head is controlled via an electronic control system. The system’s display measures 4 3⁄10 inches and has simple-touch operation for ease of control. This touchscreen communicates current diagnostic statuses through alarms and push notifications. Time-of-flight ice sensors moderate frost amounts for user convenience. Based on establishment traffic, this unit’s touchscreen permits employees to adjust ice production rates to fit the current need. The air filter can be removed; however, its RCU technology, self-cleans when needed.
