Scotsman MC0330MAX-1 Description
In ideal conditions, the Scotsman MC0330MAX-1/AP1-P Prodigy ELITE® ice machine head produces 365 pounds of ice daily. This full-cube ice looks elegant and works well in bars, bags, or restaurants. Water flows over an evaporator to create cubes, and then the Harvest Assist feature pushes a pin through the evaporator plate, causing the ice to fall. Typically, this ice is caught in a bin that must be purchased separately. To keep ice fresh, the WaterSense system monitors mineral buildup and removes it automatically. Furthermore, antimicrobial protection on the internal surfaces deters bacterial growth. The AP1-P water filter is included with this unit.
The Scotsman MC0330MAX-1/AP1-P ice machine head has AutoAlert™ indicator lights for visibility and a one-touch cleaning cycle for user-friendly operation. For convenience in operation, cleaning, and servicing, operators can use Scotsman’s ICELINQ® mobile app to check the unit’s dashboard, adjust settings, and walk through a step-by-step guided cleaning process. A front-located air filter helps the unit operate efficiently, and for servicing, the front panel can be removed. This unit is air cooled and uses less water than water-cooled units. A QR code on the front provides operators with warranty history and service information.
Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.

CHILLING!
'Just ordered my second Scotsman Prodigy CO330 today....nice machine! My first one lasted 5yrs. 3 mos. until the evaporator plate became defective....3 months out of warranty! Machine still looked like new...for home use only...sure hated to see it go out, cheaper to buy another than have it repaired! Hopefully my second one will last longer!
300lbs ice a day is about right.
Good machine. However, website described 400lb/day is little bit exaggerate. It makes around 300lb/day is more accurate base on my experience with this machine.

Ice Machine
I own a Bar and was in need of an Ice Machine, I did some web searching and settled on this machine. The price was a huge factor in deciding on this product. So far, it is working like a champ. My only compliant was that it was delivered with a medium size dent in the lower left side of the machine. Since the dent didn't impend the operation, I chose to keep the machine as I needed one then and didn't have the time to return it.
