The Hoshizaki SR48A-12 Steelheart Series sandwich top refrigerator helps restaurants deliver fresh sandwiches and salads in a timely manner. Using an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the cabinet’s refrigeration system maintains temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a storage capacity of 13 cubic feet, giving users plenty of storage room, and comes with twelve polycarbonate food pans.

Since the Hoshizaki SR48A-12 sandwich prep table is a front-breathing unit, it can be installed directly next to walls or other equipment to save space. The prep guard can be removed with little effort for cleaning and maintenance. Made of stainless steel, the unit's interior and exterior surfaces resist scratches and dents and can be cleaned quickly.
