Beverage-Air SPE48HC-12C Description
The Beverage-Air SPE48HC-12C Elite Series™ prep table is ideal for establishments that want to serve pizza, salad, and sandwiches. Toppings sit in the pan compartment and are held by 12 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans. To easily prepare ingredients, this unit comes with a polyethylene cutting board that is removable for cleaning. Its exterior is constructed of stainless and galvanized steel for strength. Its interior is made of aluminum for corrosion resistance.
The electronic control panel digitally displays temperatures and allows the operator to adjust them as needed. Cool temperatures are produced by the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Product in the pans stay below 41 degrees Fahrenheit with the forced air cooling system. The Beverage-Air SPE48HC-12C Elite Series prep table has epoxy coated evaporator coils that resist corrosion.
- Front, sides, top, doors, and grille are constructed of stainless steel for durability
- Back and bottom are made of galvanized steel
- (12) 4-in.-D polycarbonate pans resist staining
- Ingredients can be prepped on the 17-in.-D cutting board
- Aluminum interior resists corrosion
- 4 shelves hold products in the cabinet
- 6-in. casters allow the cabinet to move and 2 have brakes to keep it in place
- Evaporator coil resists corrosion since it is coated in epoxy
- Temperatures can easily be monitored thanks to the digital display on the electronic control panel
- Product in the pans is surrounded by forced air to keep it in the safe zone
- Ensure temperatures stay cool with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant
- 1,140 BTU
- Cold air remains in the cabinet thanks to self-closing doors
- Replenishing product is simple since the doors stay open past 120 degrees
- Removable for cleaning and replacing
- Cold air leaks are prevented with the snap-in gaskets
