MoTak MEST-48-A Description
Mounted on 4-inch swivel casters, the MoTak MEST-48-A sandwich/salad prep table glides between stations and locks firmly in place. Its dual self-closing doors prevent temperature spikes inside the 12.9-cubic-foot stainless cabinet, while two repositionable, epoxy-coated shelves and 12 sixth-size pans arrange toppings for fast selection. Adjustable from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit using digital controls, the self-contained system distributes R290 refrigerant and defrosts automatically to slow ice collection. Featuring a 9 3⁄10-inch cutting board, its 430 stainless steel build measures 48 1⁄2 inches wide by 30 1⁄2 inches deep by 44 1⁄4 inches high, offering ample chopping and packaging space.
