MoTak MST-60-A Description
The MoTak MST-60-A sandwich/salad top refrigerator keeps ingredients organized across its pan rail while maintaining temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Designed to hold 16 sixth-size pans, it keeps toppings within reach, while the electronic control system enables operators to monitor and adjust cabinet conditions. A full-length cutting board provides a surface for assembling sandwiches and salads, and the two self-closing doors remain open past 90 degrees to support loading and access. The stainless steel interior includes two shelves for storing additional ingredients beneath the prep area.
Featuring stainless steel construction, the MoTak MST-60-A sandwich/salad refrigerator resists corrosion and supports use in demanding environments. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit is equipped with 4-inch swivel-plate casters to support repositioning within prep areas.
