MoTak MEST-60-A Description
Driven by a self-contained refrigeration system, the MoTak MEST-60-A two-section sandwich/salad prep table circulates R290-cooled air throughout the 16.3-cubic-foot stainless cabinet. Digital controls adjust from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit for food-safe cold holding, and automatic defrosting periodically clears ice from the evaporator for unrestricted airflow. Behind dual self-closing doors, two epoxy-coated shelves move to accommodate rotating inventory. A 9 3⁄10-inch cutting board withstands constant slicing, while four 4-inch swivel casters facilitate smooth maneuvering. Built with 430 stainless steel construction, this 60 1⁄4-inch-wide by 30 1⁄4-inch-deep by 44 1⁄4-inch-high table holds 16 sixth-size pans for diverse ingredient offerings.
