Beverage-Air SPE60HC-16 Description
The Beverage-Air SPE60HC-16 Elite Series™ sandwich prep table includes 16 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans in the top compartment. Forced air recirculates under the pan compartment, keeping ingredients at safe, cool temperatures. The hood and lid assembly covers the product to retain cold air and to prevent contamination. A 10-inch-deep, removable cutting board provides an area for prepping ingredients and making sandwiches.
For convenience, extra product can be stored on four shelves in the storage cabinet. This Beverage-Air SPE60HC-16 salad prep table has reversible doors with a stay-open feature and a self-closing design. Constructed of stainless steel on the outside and aluminum on the inside, this unit is durable and fit for high-volume use. Its refrigeration system is accessible from the rear for quick cleaning or servicing. To reach it, staff members can unlock the casters and roll the unit forward.
