Duke E304SW Description
The Duke E304SW Aerohot™ steam table is ideal for cafeterias, buffets, and hotels because it has four 61⁄2-inch-deep sealed hot food wells, each of which can be used for dry or wet applications, while drains are integrated into each well to simplify cleaning. These compartments are individually heated with 750-watt elements and controlled with infinite knobs.
This Duke E304SW steam table is made of rust-resistant, durable stainless steel to withstand high-volume use. A poly cutting board runs the length of the unit so operators can carve meat and plate food, while equipment and supplies can be stored on the undershelf. Plastic feet are integrated into the legs, adjusting on uneven floors to maintain stability.
