Vulcan 3TR45CF Description
The Vulcan 3TR45CF gas fryer features three total vats that hold 45 to 50 pounds of oil each. Part of the PowerFry3™ series, this unit features programmable controls that assist operators with adjusting temperatures between 200 and 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Its SoftStart™ heat transfer system prevents scorching and conserves energy by lowering output to 105,000 BTU per hour during startup, while its ThreePass™ heat transfer system yields 60 percent cooking efficiency and 72 percent thermal efficiency. To drop and retrieve breaded foods, each vat has twin baskets with plastic-coated handles.
Equipped with KleenScreen PLUS® technology, the Vulcan 3TR45CF gas fryer offers adept filtration that extends oil life by 200 to 400 percent. This system's 1/3-horsepower motor circulates oil at 8 gallons per minute through both sides of a stainless steel filtration screen to remove sediment and small particulate that could affect oil life and taste. When oil needs to be replaced, it can be drained through the 11/4-inch port ball type drain valve into the 18-gauge stainless steel filter pan. Overall, this unit measures 461/2 inches wide by 301/8-inches-deep by 471/4 inches high and its cabinet and fry tank are constructed of stainless steel to reduce marring to the structure. It sits on a set of four 6-inch casters to ease maneuvering for cleaning or maintenance.
