Ice-O-Matic CIM2046HR49 Description
Provided ideal operating conditions are met, the Ice-O-Matic CIM2046HR49 ice machine can produce as much as 1,830 pounds of ice a day. It’s a great option for drinking establishments and fast casual restaurants, as its half-cube ice is excellent for quickly chilling soft drinks. Its remote condenser relocates noise from the ice maker’s area to an external location to improve ambient noise levels.
Reducing potential exhaust obstruction, the Ice-O-Matic CIM2046HR49 ice maker is built with a dual exhaust system that expels heated air through both top and side vents. To improve ice quality, it’s built with antimicrobial defense that decreases contaminant buildup. For optimal cleaning, food zone components can be put through a commercial dishwasher.
