Hoshizaki KMH-2100SRJZ Description
The remote, air-cooled system of the Hoshizaki KMH2100SRJZ ice machine head relies on R404A refrigerant, an eco-friendly and efficient hydrocarbon, to maintain optimal temperatures. Under optimal conditions, this unit can produce 2,034 pounds of ice in a 24-hour period. This machine head makes crescent-shaped ice, which can be used at a soft drink station or for keeping food cold on a buffet bar.
To ensure it produces clean, clear ice, the Hoshizaki KMH2100SRJZ ice maker head has an H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial agent that prevents the growth of mold and bacteria in the internal mechanisms. This unit requires a remote condenser, which must be ordered separately, to operate. This product also requires operators to order an ice bin to catch and hold produced ice.
